I completed my 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in 2004 in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and have taught more than 3000 classes since! My education has been enriched by attending workshops and trainings with Donna Farhi, Doug Keller, Cyndi Lee, Rodney Yee & Colleen Saidman, Sianna Sherman, Stephanie Pappas and Sadie Nardini. Not to mention the education I’ve received from my students!

For me, Yoga begins with the desire to be more centered and relaxed in my life – to stand tall and be comfortable and pain free in my body. It’s a practice that enables us to reconnect with ourselves – to see imbalances and patterns which are or will become detrimental to our wellbeing and to address them – to keep our joints healthy – to build the strength and flexibility that keeps us upright and mobile as we age. And we can do all of this and have fun at the same time: We can take our practice seriously while taking ourselves lightly.
